Robbers steal entire SBI ATM in Telangana
Telangana: Burglars stole an entire SBI ATM, which was located a few metres away from the Yellareddypet police station on Friday night.
Burglars first tried to open the ATM but couldn’t. Then, they dug up the entire ATM and carried it away. This incident was reported late on Friday night.

The incident took place just a few meters away from the police station and has raised serious questions on Safety and security.
As per reports, the CCTV Camera in the ATM was not working. The incident occurred near the Yellareddypet bus stand at around 2 am, when unidentified offenders entered the unmanned ATM centre and stole the entire machine.
“The CCTV camera in the ATM was not working. We asked the agency entrusted with its maintenance, and they informed us that the camera was defunct. We are examining CCTV footage from nearby places to identify the accused,” Yellareddypet CI O Venkatesh said.
As per reports, stolen ATM contained cash worth around Rs 6 lakh. The incident came to light early Saturday morning, leaving residents shocked. Upon receiving information, district SP Mahesh B Gite, along with Sircilla DSP Nagendra Chary, and Yellareddypet CI Venkatesh, rushed to the spot and reviewed the situation.
