Repeated Theft at RBI Employee’s House in Village Jharwai, Bhiwani; This is Third time Theft

In Bhiwani district, thieves have broken into the home of an employee working at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) office in Chandigarh for the third time. The house is located in village Jharwai. The criminals cut the doors with a cutter and stole new currency notes worth Rs 50,000. Earlier, the same thieves had also broken the locks and stolen gold and silver jewelry from the house.

Vinod Kumar, the house owner and an RBI employee posted in Chandigarh, informed the Sadar police about the burglary. On Wednesday morning, he got a call from a local named Vikram who told him that the locks of his house were broken. When Vinod reached his home in village Jharwai, he found that all the locks were destroyed and the doors had been cut open with a cutter.
What Was Stolen This Time?
This time, the thieves stole around Rs 50,000 in fresh 50-rupee notes. They also took two pairs of silver earrings (pojeb). The house was empty and locked at the time of the theft.
Previous Thefts at the Same House
This is the third time Vinod Kumar’s house has been targeted. The first theft happened on April 20, 2022, when thieves entered the house and stole cash and valuable jewelry. After that, the thieves struck again a second time. Now, they have broken in for the third time, causing distress to the family.
Police Action
The Sadar police have inspected the house and registered a case of theft against unknown persons. The police are investigating the incident and trying to find the culprits behind these repeated break-ins.
