RBI 46th Round of Quarterly Services and Infrastructure Outlook Survey (SIOS) Q2:2025-26

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has launched the 46th round of its quarterly Services and Infrastructure Outlook Survey (SIOS) for the period July to September 2025.
This survey collects opinions from selected companies in India’s services and infrastructure sectors to understand the current business conditions for the second quarter of the financial year 2025–26 (Q2: 2025–26).
It also gathers their expectations for the next quarter (Q3: 2025–26) based on different factors such as:
- Demand levels
- Financial health
- Employment trends
- Price movements
In addition, the survey seeks insights into how these sectors expect to perform in the following two quarters — Q4: 2025–26 and Q1: 2026–27 — giving a forward-looking view of the economy. This survey helps RBI understand economic trends and guide future policy decisions.
M/s Genesis Management & Market Research Pvt. Ltd. has been authorised to conduct the survey for July-September 2025 quarter on behalf of the Reserve Bank. While the agency will approach selected companies, other companies in the services and infrastructure sectors are also encouraged to participate in the survey by downloading the survey questionnaire from the Bank’s website, under the sub-head ‘Survey’. The duly authenticated filled-in survey questionnaire may be e-mailed as per contact details given therein.
