Punjab National Bank Festival Advance: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has increased the maximum limit for Festival Advance offered to its employees. The revised limit is as follows:
PNB Festival Advance Limit for Officers
One month’s gross salary from the previous month, subject to the following limits, rounded off to the nearest thousand rupees.

PNB Festival Advance Limit for Clerical Staff
One month’s gross salary from the previous month, rounded off to the nearest thousand rupees, with a maximum limit of Rs. 60,000/-.
PNB Festival Advance Limit for Subordinate Staff
One month’s gross salary from the previous month, rounded off to the nearest thousand rupees, subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/-. Additionally, part-time confirmed employees are also eligible for an interest-free festival advance. For instance, a part-time employee earning 1/3rd, 1/2, or 3/4th of full wages will be eligible for an advance equivalent to one month’s gross salary from the previous month, rounded off to the nearest thousand rupees, with maximum limits of Rs. 16,000/-, Rs. 25,000/-, and Rs. 37,000/-, respectively.
