PropShare Titania is the second investment scheme introduced by the Property Share Investment Trust (PSIT), which is India’s first SEBI-registered Small and Medium Real Estate Investment Trust (SM REIT). This new scheme includes office spaces spread across six floors in G Corp Tech Park, a top-grade (Grade A+) commercial building located in Thane, part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The total leasable area covered under this scheme is 437,973 square feet.
