About Oval Projects Engineering IPO

Oval Projects Engineering Limited, incorporated in 2013, is an infrastructure development company working across India in sectors such as oil and gas, city gas distribution, urban development, and energy. The company is active in upstream, midstream, and downstream activities in the oil and gas sector, providing services like pipeline laying, building processing plants, CGS work, and offering operation and maintenance services for power plants and EPC projects.

It delivers turnkey solutions across different segments and has a strong presence in places like Agartala, Tripura, along with several other regions in the country. So far, Oval Projects has completed more than 900 kilometers of pipeline installations and continues to work on multiple projects in the oil, gas, and power sectors.

The company’s business is divided into three main areas. In oil and gas infrastructure, it designs and builds gas processing plants, oil and petrochemical storage terminals, lays pipelines, and develops distribution networks. In oil and gas operations and maintenance, it provides services such as pipeline repairs, maintenance, scheduled shutdowns, and management of gas genset power plants and CNG stations. In special infrastructure projects, the company has built expertise in civil works while handling oil and gas plants, and now also takes on technical infrastructure projects funded by the government, World Bank, and Asian Development Bank.

As of March 31, 2025, the company had 123 employees on its rolls. Its competitive strengths include strong project execution capabilities, experienced promoters and management, efficient use of resources, visible growth through a healthy order book, and strong market skills and relationships.
