Eligibility
Qualification: Post-graduation (M.A.) in Counselling Psychology. Preference will be given to candidates with a PhD/M.Phil in Psychology. Certification in counselling therapy, such as TEAM CBT Therapy Certification, is desirable.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Counselling Psychology. Preference will be given to candidates who have served on a panel or as a counsellor in Government or Public Sector Undertakings.
Age: Maximum age limit for empanelled psychologists: 70 years. Applicants should not be more than 69 years of age as of 01.01.2025.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on shortlisting of applicants followed by a Personal Interview.
Salary
Psychologists will receive a consolidated lump-sum payment of ₹1,00,000 per month. No additional allowances, benefits, facilities, or reimbursements will be provided beyond this amount. The period of engagement will not be considered as service for the purpose of superannuation benefits, Provident Fund (PF), pension, gratuity, bonus, or similar entitlements. Applicable taxes, as per prevailing rates and regulations, will be deducted at source before the payment of the lump-sum amount.
