PNB Board Meeting on October 18 to Review Q2 and Half-Yearly Financial Results

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has informed that its Board of Directors will meet on Saturday, October 18, 2025, to consider and approve the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results — both Standalone and Consolidated — for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

PNB had earlier informed that the trading window was closed from October 1, 2025, as per its communication dated September 26, 2025. Punjab National Bank (PNB) has reported a growth of 10.6% YOY in Global Business as of 30.09.2025. The global business of PNB as of 30.09.2025 is reported to be Rs.27,87,839 crores whereas the global business of PNB as of 30.09.2024 was Rs.25,20,246 crores.
