Minimum Experience
Chief Technology Officer
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology disciplines, namely Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) from a university/institute recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
Candidate must have at least 15 years of post-qualification experience in IT-related areas/projects involving ERP / DC / DR Management. Out of this, 5 years should be at senior management level managing or implementing large IT projects. Experience in the Banking/Financial Sector will be preferred.
Chief Information Security Officer
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology disciplines namely Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical or Master’s in Computer Application (MCA) from a recognized university/institute. The candidate must also have international certifications like CISA / CISSP / CISM / CDPSE / CCSP.
Must have at least 15 years of post-qualification experience in IT/Information Security. Out of this, 5 years must be in managing or implementing Information Security / Cyber Security projects. Experience in the Banking/Financial Sector preferred. Additionally, 5 years of post-certification experience in Cyber Security is mandatory.
Chief Risk Officer
Graduate / Postgraduate in Economics / Statistics / Finance / Business from a recognized University / Master’s in Management / MBA / PGDM or Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary.
(a) Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in Banking, Financial Sector, or Insurance (BFSI). (b) At least 5 years in Senior Management Level in Risk Management (Credit Risk and Market Risk) in a regulated lending entity in the BFSI sector.
Head: Learning and Development
Chartered Accountant / Cost and Management Accountant / Company Secretary / MBA or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in Training & administration / HR / Learning & Development with at least 24 months in the Housing Finance sector.

Initially for a period of 3 years, subject to yearly review, which can be extended for a maximum term of 5 years (one year at a time).
Chief Information Security Officer

Selection Process
The selection will be based on shortlisting and Interview. In case the number of candidates who apply and fulfil the eligibility criteria are more, a preliminary screening of the applications by the Screening Committee, will be carried out for short-listing the candidates to be called for the Interview. Selection will be on the basis of educational, professional qualification, post-qualification experience and performance in Interview. The candidates will have to secure the minimum marks in interview to be considered for preparation of final rank lists. However, the selection for the post will be based on their position in respective category rank list for that post.
