Loan of Crores of Rupees, with the help of Fake Documents, has been taken from three Private Banks in Gorakhpur. The case investigation was not happening properly but now the investigation has started again. Rudransh Pandey, a resident of Bansgaon, is accused of embezzling the money by taking a loan of crores of rupees from three private banks including ICICI.

The police investigation was stopped after the case of Rudransh Pandey’s name being registered fraudulently in the Municipal Corporation came to light.

Recently, while reviewing the cases, when SP City Abhinav Tyagi saw this file, he found out that even the charge sheet has not been filed yet. After this, he immediately ordered to restart the investigation.

Police investigation revealed that Rudransh Pandey took a loan of Rs 4.45 crore from ICICI Bank. Apart from this, he also took a loan of Rs 80 lakh from another private bank and Rs 1.20 crore from a third bank.

The suspicious point is that he opened a new account in the same bank which declared him a defaulter and blacklisted him. This has raised suspicion about involvement of bank employees in this fraud.

At present, only ICICI Bank has filed a case. The other two banks have not yet complained. As per reports, the other banks have not yet filed complaint because their own employees might be involved in the scam.

Police wants to expose the role of the entire gang in the ICICI Bank case itself. This will send a message that those who commit fraud in the name of bank loans and those who help them will not be spared.

SP City Abhinav Tyagi said that the investigation is being intensified on the basis of evidence found so far in the case. Legal action will be taken against whoever is involved in this. The role of bank employees is also under investigation. More details will be released soon.
