Job Summary:

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for a Service Relationship Manager to handle the personalized service needs of high-net-worth Privy customers. The role involves service management, customer coordination, and regulatory compliance for Priority Banking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle personalized service requests from Privy (Priority Banking) customers.
• Generate and manage timely business MIS reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal and regulatory requirements for Privy customers.
• Coordinate with CPC (Customer Processing Center), RPC (Regional Processing Center), and Investment Desks for account openings.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation; polite and courteous attitude.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth customers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of banking norms and internal processes.
