| Job Responsibilities: | The Relationship Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for driving sales and business growth within the Secured Assets Division of the Consumer Bank. This role involves acquiring retail customers for funding against residential, commercial, and industrial properties through both open market and cross-channel sourcing. The position also focuses on managing Direct Sales Teams (DSTs) and Direct Marketing Agents (DMAs), maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal departments for seamless loan processing. |
| Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred. |
| Experience | 3–7 years of experience in secured loan sales, especially LAP or mortgage business. |
| Skills | Strong knowledge of property documentation, valuation, and credit assessment. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. |
