Role Responsibilities:
- Address customer needs related to cash handling, demand drafts (DDs), cheque deposits, and general information.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in transactions.
- Identify and leverage additional business opportunities.
- Deliver high-quality customer experiences to foster retention and encourage positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Service Officer (SO) role is preferred.
- MBA or Graduate degree.
