Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property appraisal/valuation (added advantage)

Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering. Good and consistent academic record (Minimum 60% marks). Proficiency in English and Malayalam

Job Description

1. Technical Responsibilities: Appraisal: Conduct assessment of the market value for properties (land and buildings) offered as collateral for loans.

2.Site Visits: Visit properties to evaluate valuation and monitor work progress.

3.Documentation: Verify documents, including building approvals, plans, estimates, and other relevant paperwork to ensure compliance with applicable building regulations.

4.Recording & Recommendation: Document site observations and recommend loan amounts based on a thorough assessment of documents and site visits.

5.Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and channel partners.

6.Qualifications: Fresh graduates or experienced professionals in B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering.Good communication skills in both English and Malayalam are essential.
