Job Description:

Reporting To: Regional Head / State Head

Business Unit / Function: Consumer Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all branch operations and team performance.
• Ensure revenue and cost accountability for Branch P&L.
• Drive sales of CASA and third-party wealth products (Insurance, Investments, etc.).
• Lead branch banking and wealth management activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through efficient operations.
• Manage service and transaction processes, including compliance and audits.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Education:

• Minimum: Graduate
• Preferred: MBA / Post-Graduate

Experience:

• Minimum: 5 to 6 years of experience in banking operations, sales, or branch management.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven knowledge of Consumer Bank products (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
