Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred in Commerce, Finance, or Business Management).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking operations and sales.
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of banking products, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
