Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new client acquisition opportunities, promoting liability products, and building long-term customer relationships. You will manage end-to-end sales processes, conduct market analysis, and work collaboratively with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers for liability products (savings & current accounts)
  • Drive revenue through cross-selling banking products and services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Provide regular feedback and market insights to the branch team

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
  • Good knowledge of banking products and local market dynamics
