Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new client acquisition opportunities, promoting liability products, and building long-term customer relationships. You will manage end-to-end sales processes, conduct market analysis, and work collaboratively with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for liability products (savings & current accounts)
- Drive revenue through cross-selling banking products and services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to the branch team
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
- Good knowledge of banking products and local market dynamics
