Indian Bank Strike: Indian Bank Employees have announced All India Strike on 25 April 2025. Dharna will be held before the Corporate Office on 19 April 2025. The employees have announced strike due to non-fulfillment of demands by Bank Management. Some of the demands of the employees are:
- Need-based recruitment in all cadres
- Release of compassionate appointments
- Integrated transfer policy for award staff members
- Minimum wages and bonus to all temporary employees
- Improve staff welfare schemes
- Honour the bilateral settlements
- Absorption of personal drivers and temporary employees in permanent vacancies
- Settle all other pending demands/issues
