IIBF launches Banking Chanakya Quiz Contest, Know Details and How to Register
IIBF has launched Banking Chanakya Quiz Competition. ‘Banking Chanakya’ is a Quiz contest open to all serving staff members currently employed in any bank, located anywhere in India. It is a Team Game and not open for individual participation. Each team should comprise of TWO Members, both of whom should be from the same Bank not necessarily from the same city and same branch but from the same Zone. There is NO restriction on the number of teams that can register from each bank and there is NO REGISTRATION CHARGE or PARTICIPATION FEE. You can register online from 18.10.2025.

How to register for IIBF Banking Chanakya Quiz Contest?
The participating teams can enter the contest directly by filling the Online Registration Form on Banking Chanakya Webpage (www.bankingchanakya.com) before the preliminary round. Care should be taken that persons do not register themselves in more than one team.
IIBF Banking Chanakya Quiz Contest Details
The Quiz event will be conducted in four rounds-Preliminary (online mode), Quarter-Final (online mode), Semi-Final (on-stage physical event) and National Finals (on-stage physical mode).
The Preliminary Round will be hosted on the Quiz engine within the Banking Chanakya website. This round will be open to all banks/ financial institutions. Any number of teams (consisting of two staff members from the same bank and same zone) can register themselves for the online Quiz round. The Top-100 teams from each zone will qualify for the next Quarter-Final round. The teams will be ranked basis their marks scored in the preliminary round and also, time taken to complete the quiz.
National Champions for the previous two seasons will not be allowed to participate in this year in order to allow other fresh faces to win the coveted honour.
The Top-100 teams from each of the zones will play the Quarter-Finals on the same website on one specific date as mentioned in the website. The teams will be ranked basis their marks scored in the quarter-final round and also, time taken to complete the quiz. It has been decided that not more than two teams from a single bank will be allowed to participate in the semi-final round. For e.g. if 4 teams from Bank A qualify for a semi-final event in terms of ranking, only the Top-2 teams as per the ranking will be invited for the semi-final event.
The Top-6 teams from each of the Zones will qualify for the on-stage Zonal Semi-Final rounds to be conducted by Quiz master. As per the quiz format, the zonal semi-final events will be conducted in physical (on-ground quiz event) to be hosted at Delhi (North Zone), Kolkata (East Zone), Mumbai (West Zone), Chennai (South Zone) and Guwahati (Nort-East Zone).
The Zonal Champions from each of the five zones will qualify for the National Final to be held in Mumbai to be held as a on-stage physical event.
In the event of the participating teams qualifying for the on-ground physical rounds, the teams should arrange to seek official permission from the competent authority of their respective organisation for representing the bank in the event, i.e. the Zonal Semi-Finals or National Final as the case may be. The Institute will issue qualification letters to all the participating teams in order to facilitate the permission.
