About the Role

As an Information Technology Analyst, you will manage technology platforms, evaluate solutions, and drive innovation to support business excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to create and enhance our digital and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Vision & Strategy:
- Define the current and future mobile architecture aligned with business and IT strategy.
System Architecture:
- Architect cloud-native/on-premises mobility systems, document business cases, and address business challenges.
Compliance & Implementation:
- Design and implement technology solutions in adherence to bank regulations and guidelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams to maintain and enhance mobile technology platforms through continuous upgrades and improvements.
System Operations:
- Provide continuous support for the operation and performance of mission-critical mobility systems.
Stakeholder Alignment:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy and regulatory expectations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- B.Tech/M.Tech/M.S in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
Experience:
- 12–18 years total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in mobility frameworks.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of mobile technologies, frameworks, and architecture best practices.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and future trends in mobile architecture.
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Synergy:
- Ability to collaborate with business, product, and functional teams to co-create effective mobility solutions.
