ICICI Bank Aspire Program Salary
- Stipend during the programme: A stipend of ₹18,000 per monthwill be paid during the programme.
- Starting Salary (CTC): ₹4.50 Lakh to ₹5.00 Lakh.
ICICI Bank Aspire Program Selection Process
- Online Aptitude Test: Once the applicants are shortlisted, the first step is to undergo an online aptitude test. It comprises of five sections (Verbal, Quantitative, Logical ability, General Awareness, Video based questions).
- Interview (Face-to-Face): Applicants who have successfully completed the aptitude test shall be invited for the in-person interview. Detailed information on the interview will be shared on your registered mail ID.
Online Test Details
- The test duration is of 85 minutes.
- There is no negative scoring in the test.
- Syllabus: The test comprises of five sections (Verbal, Quantitative, Logical ability, Video based questions, General Awareness).
