About the Programme

The ICICI Bank Apprenticeship Programme is designed to provide recent graduates with a structured introduction to the banking sector. Conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended), this 12-month programme combines hands-on training with structured learning modules. Apprentices will gain practical experience in banking operations, customer service, and financial management, equipping them with the skills needed for a career in banking.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation from a recognized university/institute.
• Age Limit: Up to 28 years.
• Duration of Training: 1 year.

Stipend & Benefits

• A minimum stipend of ₹9,000 per month or as per the latest notification from the relevant authority.
• Apprentices are not eligible for additional allowances or benefits.
