ICICI Bank Allots 19,752 Equity Shares Under Employee Stock Scheme

ICICI Bank has allotted 19,752 equity shares on December 18, 2025, under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Unit Scheme–2022.

Each equity share has a face value of ₹2. The allotment was approved by two Executive Directors of the bank at 4:37 pm, which was the time of the final approval.

The bank said the approval was given under the powers delegated by the Board of Directors. The Board had delegated this authority at its meeting held on October 21, 2023.
