How to Get Started?
Upon receiving your card from the branch or at your registered address, you can begin the process:
- Send SMS: From your registered mobile number, send an SMS in the following format: DCPIN Card Number to either 5607040 or 9264092640. For example, DCPIN 4723XXXXXXXXXXXX.
- Receive OTP: You will receive a six (6) digit OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number. The OTP will be valid for 72 hours.
- Use OTP: Once you receive the OTP, you can use it through any of the following channels to create your ATM PIN and activate your PNB Debit Card. The procedure for each channel is described below.
Steps to Set/Reset ATM-Cum-Debit Card PIN through Various Channels
PNB One App:
- Login to your PNB One App.
- After logging in, click on “Debit Card” and then select “Generate Green PIN”.
- Choose the account number to which your card is attached.
- Enter your Card Number, Expiry Date (Month & Year), and the 6-digit OTP you received.
- Continue by entering your desired 4-digit ATM-cum-Debit Card PIN.
- Confirm the new PIN and submit the request.
Internet Banking Services (IBS):
- Login to your Internet Banking Services retail account.
- Once logged in, click on “Value Added Services” and then select “Card Related Services”.
- Choose “Set/Reset Debit Card PIN” and enter your Card Number, Expiry Date, and the 6-digit OTP.
- Submit the details and proceed.
- Enter your desired 4-digit ATM-cum-Debit Card PIN.
- Confirm the new PIN and submit the request.
PNB ATM:
- Insert your Debit Card into the PNB ATM.
- Select “Create/Change PIN (GPIN)” from the options provided.
- Follow the prompts to generate or validate the OTP.
- Enter the 6-digit OTP you received.
- Enter your desired 4-digit ATM-cum-Debit Card PIN.
- Confirm the new PIN and submit the request.
- You will receive a confirmation message stating that the PIN generation was successful.
IVR (Interactive Voice Response):
- Dial either 1800-1800 or 1800-2021.
- Select your preferred language.
- Choose the option for Debit Card related operations.
- Select the option to generate or validate the OTP.
- Enter your sixteen-digit Debit Card number.
- Enter your 4-digit ATM-cum-Debit Card PIN.
- Confirm the new PIN.
