As per Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, it is mandatory for companies to have an internal complaint committee. First, you can file your complaint with this committee. If no resolution is provided then you can file complaint with government portals.

Government has launched a portal ‘SHE BOX’ to prevent sexual harassment. You can file complaint with SHE BOX using this link.

  3. Click on Government Employee or Private Employee
  4. Submit your complaint
  5. Track your complaint
