Women are showing how capable they are in different areas, not just at home. More and more women are working in banks, government offices, and private companies, proving their skills. But there are some people who try to scare and bother women at work. It’s sad that many women don’t speak up about this sexual harassment, but now is the time to change that. Every woman’s voice matters, and it’s really important for them to stand up for themselves. To help with this, we have a detailed guide on how to report sexual harassment.
How to file sexual harassment complaint?
As per Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, it is mandatory for companies to have an internal complaint committee. First, you can file your complaint with this committee. If no resolution is provided then you can file complaint with government portals.
Government has launched a portal ‘SHE BOX’ to prevent sexual harassment. You can file complaint with SHE BOX using this link.
- Visit website: https://shebox.nic.in/
- Click on ‘Register your complaint’
- Click on Government Employee or Private Employee
- Submit your complaint

You can also file complaint directly with National Commission for women using this link.
