Responsibilities:
- Property Evaluation: Conduct technical evaluations and estimations of properties.
- Document Verification: Review technical and revenue documents to assess property valuation.
- Customer Interaction: Meet with customers for discussions and assessments.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
- Communication & Presentation: Strong skills in English and Malayalam.
- Sales Support: Aid the sales team through business source mapping and performance tracking.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively, contributing to team success beyond individual goals.
