• Credit Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of self-employed and salaried customers.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers regarding loan appraisals and servicing needs; conduct in-person discussions to provide tailored solutions.
• Document Verification: Collect and verify necessary documents for loan processing.
• Business Visits & Verification: Conduct site visits for business validation and customer assessments.
• Proposal Recommendation: Review and recommend loan proposals for approval.
• Business Development: Strategize and implement ways to source new and additional business opportunities.
