A fight broke out between a bank manager and a bank guard in Jind, Haryana. The shocking incident took place at The Jind Central Co-operative Bank in Julana, Jind, where a security guard pointed his rifle at the bank manager and slapped him. According to the bank manager, the dispute arose from an argument over duty timings. The entire incident was captured on the bank’s CCTV cameras.

The Bank Manager has filed a complaint and stated that the attack happened when the bank manager asked the guard to report to duty on time. This angered the guard, who rushed toward the manager, slapped him, pushed him onto a table, and pointed a gun at him. Bank staff quickly intervened, caught the guard, and managed to snatch his rifle before anyone was harmed.

Umed, the bank manager, who works at the Jind Central Co-operative Bank located in the grain market of Julana, said that the guard, Paramendra from Gatauli village, is employed on contract at the bank. Umed explained that he had been on leave earlier and rejoined the bank on 19 November. As part of his duty, he needed to submit attendance records of all staff members. When he checked the CCTV footage, he did not see the guard present during his duty hours. He then informed the guard (Paramendra) that his duty timings were 9:45 AM to 5:15 PM. However, the guard refused to accept this.
