Female tehsildar slaps farmer in Madhya Pradesh [Video]

A female Tehsildar slapped a farmer during a fertiliser distribution at the agricultural produce market in Devri Tehsil in Sagar on Monday. Tehsildar Preeti Rani Chaurasia reportedly lost her temper when a farmer accidentally touched her amid the crowd while distributing tokens. Following the incident, farmers created a commotion, prompting the SDM to intervene and calm the situation. A clip of the incident surfaced on Tuesday.

According to information, Tehsildar Preeti Rani Chaurasia was herself distributing tokens to farmers at Dewari Agricultural Produce Market. During the pushing and shoving, a farmer’s hand accidentally touched the Tehsildar, which angered her and she slapped the farmer. Other farmers got agitated by the Tehsildar’s action. They started creating a ruckus. SDM reached the spot and talked to the angry farmers and calmed down the situation through discussion and persuasion.
