Punjab National Bank (PNB) has made it easier for customers to keep their accounts updated with the latest KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements. If your KYC details have not changed, you no longer need to visit the branch. PNB has introduced a quick SMS-based facility to save customers’ time and effort.

How to Update KYC by SMS

  • Type KYCNC followed by a space and the last four digits of your Customer ID.
  • Send the SMS to 5607040 or 9264092640.
  • Once the message is sent, your KYC will be updated without the need for further action.

Important Note for Customers

This facility is only for those customers whose KYC details have not changed. If there are changes in your personal details like address, mobile number, or identity documents, you will still need to visit the branch with the updated documents.
