Rajasthan: On Friday, the local branch of Binjhabyla Punjab and Sindh Bank faced a network problem, causing frustration among villagers and traders. In protest against the management’s handling of the issue, the demonstrators pulled down the bank’s shutters and raised slogans. Mainaram Godara, the former President of the Joint Trade Board, expressed that consumers have been severely affected by the bank’s network service.

Despite repeated notifications, the problem has not been resolved, leading to a symbolic demonstration at Punjab and Sindh Bank. Godara warned that if the issue is not resolved promptly, a strike may be staged. He also highlighted the frequent breakdowns of the bank’s ATM machines. Notably, the demonstration saw the participation of rural consumers and women.

The network problem at Binjhabyla Punjab and Sindh Bank was caused by a technical glitch. Engineers have been diligently working to rectify the issue for two consecutive days.
