Central Govt Employees ask government to fulfill their 5 demands

The Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers submitted a proposal to the Centre before the Union Budget 2024, with seven demands. These demands included the formation of the 8th Pay Commission, restoration of the OPS, release of the 18-month dearness allowance and relief frozen during the Covid-19 pandemic, and other requests. The demands were formulated during a meeting in New Delhi and were also made available on the union’s official website.
