Central Bank of India has infused Rs.64.4 Crore in Subsidiary Company – Cent Home Bank Finance Ltd.

Board of Directors of Central Bank of India in its meeting held today has inter alia approved the proposal to infuse Equity Capital of Rs.64.40 Crore (Rupees Sixty Four Crore Forty Lakhs Only) in the proposed Right issue amounting to Rs.100.00 Crore (Rupee One Hundred Crore Only) of Subsidiary Company of Bank i.e. Cent Home Bank Finance Ltd. subject to necessary approvals.
