Legislative Assembly elections were held in Bihar from 6 November to 11 November 2025, to elect the 243 members of the Bihar Legislative Assembly. The elections were held in two phases and registered a 67.1% voter turnout. The major political fronts that contested included the Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA), which included the Janata Dal (United) of chief minister Nitish Kumar, and the Rashtriya Janata Dal-led Mahagathbandhan, which included the Congress.
