Baroda UP Bank RM asks not to forward Transfer Request of Staffs who are not performing

Again a controversy has started against the top management of Baroda UP Bank. Recently, a message is circulating widely on social media wherein Baroda UP Bank (Sponsored by Bank of Baroda) Regional Manager has asked Employees not to forward transfer requests of staff members who are not performing.

The message is as follows:

The message said that:

All are once again requested NOT to recommend and forward Transfer request of their Staff members who are not performing.
As we will strictly review performance of each branch and staff before forwarding Transfer Request to HO.
All staff may be informed accordingly.
