Baroda Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank officers association has written a letter citing abusive behavior of regional manager in Ballia-II region. The association has mentioned that the regional manager uses abusive and unethical language in review meetings. The excerpts of the letter are as follows:

Regional Manager itself is a Senior Bandhua Mazdoor . One of the nonsense person I think belongs to any lower grade family speaking about his colleague is such rude language. He should have been kicked out from his post to maintain decorum in the office.
The higher the post anyone holds, more and more humility in them and the capacity to lead their Team without showing Authority or Supremacy or Ego will help them get their work done from their Juniors. Abusive language is not the solution. After all, all of them including the Regional Manager are Bank employees. Toh apne saathiyon ke prati itna vehem kyon?? Team ko manage karna ek Kala hai….RMs and ZMs have to learn this Art and Master it.
