Bank of Baroda has released a notification for recruitment of candidates to the post of Faculty and Office Assistant at RSETI Patan, North Gujarat. The contract will be valid for a period of 3 years subject to annual review and renewal of the contract once in a year. All details related to this recruitment are given below.

Age Limit
- 22-40 Years (for In House Faculty and Office Assistant)
- Candidates must fulfill age limit as on on 28.02.2025.
Educational Qualifications
In House Faculty
- Must be a Graduate (any stream: Science, Commerce, Arts) or Post Graduate.
- Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in:
- MSW (Master of Social Work)
- MA in Rural Development, Sociology, or Psychology
- B.Sc. in Veterinary Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, or Agricultural Marketing
- B.A. with B.Ed.
- Should have a flair for teaching and sound computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential.
- Fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Typing skills in the local language are required.
- Typing skills in Hindi/English are an added advantage.
- Previous experience as faculty is preferred.
Office Assistant
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in BSW / BA / B.Com with computer knowledge.
- Preferred Qualification: Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Language Skills:
- Must be fluent in spoken and written local language.
- Fluency in Hindi / English is an added advantage.
- Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel), Tally, and Internet.
- Typing Skills:
- Typing in the local language is essential.
- Typing in English is an added advantage.
Salary
In House Faculty
- Consolidated Salary: ₹30,000 per month.
- Annual increment of ₹2,000 per year (up to ₹40,000) based on satisfactory performance.
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA): ₹2,500 per month (on declaration basis).
- Payment is subject to completing a minimum number of visits for conducting EAPs, follow-ups, etc.
- If visits are not completed, the Director of RSETI may approve a proportionate payment.
- Contract Renewal & Increments:
- Increments will continue at the time of each contract renewal.
- The contract will continue until the retirement age of 60 years or the project period (whichever is earlier).
- Subject to satisfactory performance and periodic renewal.
- Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month.
- EPF, ESI, Gratuity: As per applicable rules.
Office Assistant
- Salary: ₹20,000 per month (with annual increments of ₹1,500 up to ₹27,500).
- Performance Incentive: ₹1,500 per year, based on satisfactory performance review.
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA): ₹2,000 per month (paid on a declaration basis, subject to completing the required visits for EAPs and follow-ups; otherwise, payment may be adjusted proportionately).
- Contract Renewal & Increments: Increments will continue at each contract renewal. The contract remains valid until 60 years of age or the project period, whichever is earlier, subject to satisfactory performance.
- Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month.
- Other Benefits: EPF, ESI, and Gratuity as per applicable rules.
Selection Process
- Written Test to assess General Knowledge and Computer capability.
- Personal Interview to assess communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving ability, and ability to get along with the trainees, and developmental approach.
- Demonstration / Presentation to assess teaching skills and communication capability.
