Bank of Baroda has released notification for recruitment of candidates to the post of Financial Counsellor.

Post Name: Financial Counsellor (Contract Basis)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Eligibility Criteria:
- Retired bank officers, ex-servicemen, or candidates from the open market with strong knowledge of banking, investment, pension, law, finance, communication, and team-building skills.
- Education: Graduate degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to postgraduates in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Social Work.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking/related fields such as NBFCs, FIs, BCs, or BC-Coordinators.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in the local language is required.
- Maximum age limit: 64 years (subject to good health).
- Candidates must have a clean service record.
- Must be a resident of the respective state and willing to do fieldwork.
Preferred Candidates:
- Applicants from Vadodara district will be given preference.
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/- per month
- Conveyance Reimbursement: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 (Variable)
