Eligibility Criteria

For Retired Bank Employees:

• Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) from any bank (PSU, RRB, Private Banks, Co-operative Banks) up to the rank of Chief Manager/equivalent are eligible.
• Retired clerks and equivalent from Bank of Baroda, who have passed JAIIB with a good track record, can apply.
• Must have at least 3 years of rural banking experience.
• Maximum age for continuation: 65 years.

For Young Candidates:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, etc.).
• Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications like M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, MBA.
• Age limit at the time of appointment: 21-45 years.
• Maximum age for continuation: 65 years.

BC Supervisor Salary

The remuneration consists of both fixed and variable components, determined based on the performance of each BC agent on various parameters.

• The variable remuneration will be based on monthly performance evaluations.
• A Committee on Financial Inclusion will set the parameters as per business requirements.

Additional Allowances

• Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 2,000/- per month (Fixed)
  • To be eligible for reimbursement, BC Supervisors must inspect all their BC locations each month.
  • Performance conditions for eligibility:
    1. 75% of BC Agents must be active for 21 days (SSA locations) / 24 days (Non-SSA locations) in a month.
    2. 90% of BC locations must be active for at least 15 days in a month.
    3. 50% of BC Agents must have at least a “Satisfactory” grading (increased to 60% from April 2023).
• Mobile Expenses: Rs. 200/- per month (Fixed)
