On Monday, Bank of Baroda announced the appointment of Ravindra Rai M. as the new Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BOBCARD LIMITED.
Ravindra Rai, who previously held the position of Deputy Managing Director (DMD) at BOBCARD LIMITED, will now step into his role as MD and CEO. He brings nearly 30 years of in-depth experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry.
Before joining BOBCARD LIMITED, Rai spent over 15 years with Vijaya Bank, where he managed rural and corporate branches, key strategic regions, and contributed to the bank’s corporate office and Middle East operations. After moving to Bank of Baroda, he served as General Manager, specializing in Treasury, Credit, International Banking, and Operations.
In his new role, Rai will focus on driving business growth, strengthening risk management, improving customer experience, and developing innovative products to meet the evolving needs of Indian consumers.
