  1. Third party products are gaining importance not in the interest of banks but only in vested interests of top officials.

  2. Bank slowly taken over over by insurance company. Bank employees turning as insurance agent of respective tie up companies . One day they wont be called bank employees they will be called insurance agents

  3. Bankers will be doing all jobs like insurance, mutual fund etc. except banking like teachers are doing all jobs like various surveys, election duties etc. except teaching.

  4. Poor banking service- failure by Top Management with wrong policies – unable to use human resources effective way – not progressive for both customer and employees

  5. Just like Tata Steel also makes steel ! Banks also do banking in a while when free from selling insurance and MF. Intelligent and wise ones, who occupy top management does realise it is the clients deposits and loans with them, which funds these insurance schemes ! They turn a blind eye as they are individually perked by the insurance/MF cos for loss !to bank !

  6. The nature of clerical job & duties of the clerks remain the same. There is a proper designation also existing. Why then the change ? That too Customer Service Associate ? Customer is King according to business outlook. But the employees had applied for erstwhile Clerical Post with a different job specifications. This abrupt change of designation with preexistense of staff shortage will definitely disturb the mental faculty of the Bank employees. A weak Union with diminishing bargaining power and a government with Capitalistic Views is not at all good for present state of Banking Industry. The Financial Sector of India has started crumbling to collapse.

    1. CHANGE COMPLETELTLY TO CTC NO REQUIREMENT OF IBA

IT WILL NEVER COLLPSE IT WILL GO TO NEW HEIGHS

  7. worst and scary future working conditions for bank employees as a whole Vs poor defending workmen unions with Managements.

everything is going on in Banks except priority to the Core Banking Business. Pathetic conditions

  8. Customer service is one thing that the staff needs to be reminded often. So the new destination is good. But customer should be allowed inside the premises, not to be driven to
ATM, CDMs, etc. Five days a week will further worsen the customer service. Banks should realize the value of the customer vis- a vis cost and returns.
