| Qualification | Graduate / Equivalent (others may be considered with relevant experience). |
| Experience | 2–4 years of experience in Gold Loan sales, appraisal, or customer relationship roles. |
| Skills | Gold Loan operations, appraisal, and valuation expertise. Cash management, vault handling, and reconciliation accuracy. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Office and local vernacular language (mandatory). Familiarity with leading gold loan and financial institutions such as Muthoot, Manappuram, IIFL, and Koshamattam is advantageous. |
