A user named Prince Kadyan has raised serious allegations against RBI. He posted issues of harassment and toxic work culture on LinkedIn.
He posted following allegations on LikedIn:
Modiji is a great administrator but it is beyond my understanding that so many sinister things happen in RBI such as sexual harrassment of regular and contractual staff, corporal punishment to poor 20 year old contract staff, severe mental harrassment of conscientious workers at the hand of manipulative work loafers, kick below and kiss above culture, dancing in official premises while intoxicated, gross and blatant inefficiencies, unsurmountable red tape, unnecessary hierarchy, many senior totally incompetent officers due to outdated promotion policy, stagnation for talented young officers, closed-mindset culture, poor accountability of work loafers, old totally deadwood lording over young and brilliant officers. The list may go on. I just want to ask is this how we are going to be an economic superpower by 2047?

On checking the profile of user, it is mentioned that he has worked in RBI as Assistant and Assistant Manager. He worked as Assistant from Feb 2015 – Oct 2019 and as Assistant Manager from Oct 2019 – Dec 2022.
Yes, I totally agree. The same thing or say more than this is happening in PSBs. Ask for a leave, one will be punished with leave with out pay. Government is listening to ED/MD/CMD only as if they are the only citizens.
Well, I tell you, I am looking bride/groom for my children but there is strictly NO to Bankers.
This applies To Public sector Banks also as RBI is Continuously Introducing new guidelines and policies for Compliance but due to staff shortage Bank employee are Suffering like anything.RBI is busy in Compliance at the cost of BAank Employees Work life balance.BANKtop Management and RBI want Compliance but staff shortage issue and other work life balance issues,Transfer policy,Leave issue,Late sittings,unnecessary target harrassment etc are unnoticed.
Modiji is a great leader but these issue might not get his attention.smt.Nirmala sitaraman Our honorable FM will never understand these issues anymore,Govt want profit but not giving importance to employee Sufferings.
This is the culture that’s prevailing everywhere. Each and every employee should at and strong and teach these outdated, unfit and undeserving superior a lesson. No one else is going to come to help, we have to fight for ourselves.
Agr iss type ka government departments ei culture hai to definitely strict action lena chahiye. Ye kya bat huyi salary bhi tgdi lo or kam bhi na kro or subordinate ko preshan bhi kro. Kitna bhi bda officer kyun na ho uske against action hona chahiye. Agr iss trh ka kisi office mei atmosphere bnta h to iske liye takriban takriban Sara staff responsible hota h. Aise akele Aisa krne ki hint nhi hoti chahe kitna bda officer kyun na ho. Agrho hi gya to action hona chahiye.

Looks like a highly frustrated guy pouring out his heart. Does not sound like an ex employee of RBI. There is no post designated as just ‘Assistant’ in RBi. Pray, God save his sanity
