AIPNBOA (PNB) Elections Date 2025-28 Announced! Check Date, Candidates and Election Process
The election season is here, and the elections of the All India Punjab National Bank Officers’ Association (AIPNBOA) — the largest officers’ association in Punjab National Bank (PNB) — are scheduled to be held soon. The AIPNBOA Elections for the 2025–28 term will take place on 23rd November 2025 at the All-India level.
This year two panels are contesting in this election —
1️⃣ One led by Shri Dilip Saha, and
2️⃣ The other led by Shri Sreekumar
Shri Sreekumar is currently serving as the President of AIPNBOA, and Shri Dilip Saha is currently serving as the General Secretary. This year, both Shri Sreekumar and Shri Dilip Saha are contesting the elections for the post of General Secretary.

Know About AIPNBOA Election Process
The All India Punjab National Bank Officers’ Association (AIPNBOA) Elections are held through the method of Secret Ballot. AIPNBOA functions through two main bodies — the Central Working Committee and the Central Executive Committee. The Circle Secretary and President working in Each Circle are members of the Central Executive Committee, while the Central Working Committee includes leaders responsible for managing the association’s activities at the central level.
Elections are held every three years to elect the central leadership. This year, elections are being conducted for the posts of Assistant General Secretary (AGS) in various states and for other leadership roles at the central level.
At the circle level, PNB officers elect their Secretary and President, along with other office bearers such as the Vice-President, Treasurer, and others. These elected officers (Secretary, President, Vice-President, Treasurer, etc.) from each circle within a state then vote to choose the candidate for the post of AGS (Assistant General Secretary). AGS represents the association at zone (state) level.
At the central level, elections are held for positions such as General Secretary, President, and others. The elected representatives from the AIPNBOA Circle Units (Secretary, President, Vice-President, Treasurer, etc.) across the country cast their votes to elect candidates for these posts. The winning candidates are then appointed to their respective positions.
When will AIPNBOA Election Results 2025 be Declared?
AIPNBOA elections will be held on 23 November 2025, and the results are expected to be announced on the next day, i.e., 24 November 2025.
