AIBOC has filed a writ petition in Delhi High Court against the new PLI scheme for banks introduced by the Government of India. As per the new PLI scheme, senior executives in banks will be paid PLI up to 100% of their basic pay. This means that Officers from Scale IV and above will get almost double salary whereas Scale III and below will get PLI only up to 15 days of Basic Pay. #Update) As per reports, the Delhi High Court has denied to grant stay on PLI. The matter will be heard again on 1st April 2026.
