All India Bank Employees Association (AIBEA) has announced Maha Dharna on 3 November 2025. The Dharna will be conducted on 3rd November 2025 at Nainital Bank in Uttranchal, RBL in Kolhapur Maharashtra, Karnataka Bank in Mangalore, CSB in Thrissur Kerala, KVB in Karur Tamil Nadu. The protest will be organized by All India Private Sector Bank Unions’ Cell – a wing of AIBEA.
The protest is being conducted due to various complaints of staff harassment in private sector banks. AIBEA has announced that private banks are equally as important as public sector banks and their working conditions should be improved.
