60 Officers of Union Bank file complaint against Regional Head Sambalpur

60 officers of the Union Bank of India, Sambalpur Region, submitted a written complaint to the competent authority concerning the unruly conduct of the Regional Head, Sambalpur. It was expected that the bank management would take necessary action against the Regional Head but instead of initiating appropriate action against the Regional Head, the top management chose to proceed against six out of the sixty officers by transferring them to distant regions/zones.

As per the officers, the Regional Head uses unparliamentary language towards staff such as:

  • a. Main kat ta bahut tej hun
  • b. Maa ke pet se nikla nahi thik se
  • a. Chaba ke kha jaunga
  • b. Itna door fekunga ki ghar bhool jaoge
  • c. Kaamchor ho tum, resign kar do
  • d. Tujhe Chaprasi banake mera cabin ke bahar bithaunga
  • e. Main aise hi DGM nahi ban gaya hoon, mera upar achha haath hai
  • f. Mera 20 Sal Naukri Baki Hai, Main chahun to tum jis scale main ho usi scale main retire ho jaoge
  • g. Jorhat bhej dunga, phir pata chalega
  • h. Tum Apne Hathse Resignation likhogi
  • i. Lady Staff Ko Samne Bethake Dekhteraho
  • j. Lipstick Lagake Office Ateho
  • k. People are getting married and becoming Goody Goody with Branch Staff
  • l. I not only ruin your professional life but also personal life
  • m. Mere Pass Hote to Hath Uthjata
  • n. Tum Aapne Hatose Resignation likhogi, kiyunki main aaur tumhe jhelnahi shakta
  • o. Essa Jagha Bhejunga ki hamesa yad rakhoge
  • p. Tumhe Football Jesa Marke Dusre region main bhejdunga
  • q. Tum Jis Scale main ho usi Scale main retire ho jaoge

All India Union Bank Officer Staff Association has written a letter to the MD&CEO of Union Bank of India – Shri. Asheesh Pandey to look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
