21st PM Kisan Installment to Be Released on November 19; Over 10 Crore Farmers to Receive ₹2,000

The 21st installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will be released on November 19. More than 10 crore farmers across the country will benefit. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release this installment on 19th November 2025. Under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, small and marginal farmers receive three installments of ₹2,000 each every year (a total of ₹6,000). This money is directly deposited into the beneficiaries’ bank accounts.

How to do e-KYC for PM-Kisan Yojana?

  • Visit the official PM Kisan website, pmkisan.gov.in.
  • On the homepage, go to Farmers Corner and select the e-KYC option.
  • Enter Aadhaar number and registered mobile number to send the OTP.
  • Enter the OTP and submit.
  • After the process is complete, a message is displayed on screen that the e-KYC is successful.

Some states have already received the 21st installment

The central government has already released the 21st installment in a few states. On September 26, 2025, farmers in Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh received the payment as advance relief due to flood and landslide damage in these states. Farmers in Jammu and Kashmir also received the installment on October 7, 2025. The remaining states are expected to receive the payment in November.

Under this scheme, ₹2,000 is transferred to farmers in three installments every year. The first installment is given between April and July, the second between August and November, and the third between December and March.

20th installment released on August 2

Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 20th installment of the PM-KISAN scheme on August 2. From Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, he transferred ₹20.84 crore as the 20th installment to the bank accounts of 9.7 crore farmers.

PM-Kisan Scheme launched in 2019

The PM-KISAN scheme was launched in February 2019. Under this scheme, eligible farmers receive ₹6,000 every year, which is sent directly to their bank accounts in three installments through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). At present, more than 10 crore farmers across India are benefiting from this scheme.
