United Forum of We Bankers has raised voice against the 12th Bipartite Settlement signed on 8th March 2024. The union has termed this settlement as inappropriate and demanded amendments to it. Bankers are not happy with the recent 12th BPS. The salary hike is not encouraging and there is absolute silence on the introduction of 5 Day Banking.
