Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank (UPGB) has announced a new recruitment drive for BC Supervisor posts. The bank has released 92 vacancies, and the last date to apply is 29 July 2025. All applications must be submitted in offline mode only.
Who Can Apply for UP Gramin Bank BC Supervisor Posts?
For Young Candidates:
- Educational Qualification: Must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Computer Knowledge: Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Age Limit: The candidate should be between 21 and 45 years old as on 30 September 2025.
- Preference: Those with higher qualifications such as M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA will get preference in selection.
For Retired Bank Employees:
- Who is Eligible?: Retired officers from Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), Nationalized Banks, or Scheduled Banks can apply.
- Experience Required: Must have at least 3 years of experience in rural banking.
- Age Limit: Should be below 65 years as on 30 September 2025.
Selection Process
- There will be no written test or interview.
- Selection will be based on the candidate’s educational qualifications, banking experience, and a merit list as per the bank’s guidelines.
Contract and Salary Details
- The post is purely contractual for one year.
- Selected candidates will get a fixed monthly honorarium of ₹15,000.
- In addition, a performance-based variable pay of ₹1,000 to ₹3,000 per month will also be given.
Important Residency Requirement
Only those candidates can apply who are permanent residents of the district for which the vacancy is announced or an adjacent district. This is to ensure that the candidates are familiar with the local area and rural banking needs.
